Here at QS Recruitment, we love working with temps in the long term and providing them with ongoing work opportunities. Andrew first registered with us back in April 2022 as a new pass Class 2 Driver. He was initially looking for part-time work alongside his current job in order to gain some driving experience.
We kept in touch and he was really patient and understanding while we found a job that was right for him. He began working two days a week for us in July 2021 and I have always had extremely positive feedback from the client regarding him. When asking for more drivers they would request us to “send another Andrew”.
Although he was a new pass, he worked really hard and went on routes by himself after two weeks of training. Andrew now works full-time for the client after finishing his previous job and they have put him on a temp-to-perm contract based on his hard work, dedication and reliability.
Andrew has always attended work apart from three shifts where he was sick but contacted us way in advance and kept in touch with us regarding his return. He is a reliable, hard-working operative and I’m sad to be losing him to a permanent position this month but he really deserves it.
