We’re recruiting for a growing engineering company in Lincoln, looking for practical, hands-on individuals to join their metal finishing department.
Working with precision components produced by CNC laser cutting machines, duties will include:
• De-pipping and removing sharp edges
• Buffing, sanding and polishing metal components
• Operating finishing equipment, including rumblers
• Ensuring finished parts meet high-quality standards
Previous engineering or metal finishing experience is desirable but not essential. We’re more interested in attitude, practical aptitude, attention to detail and someone with a genuine interest in engineering who wants to learn, develop and upskill.
