We are currently recruiting for an experienced Metal Laser Cutting Engineer to join a busy and growing manufacturing operation based in Lincoln.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in metal fabrication, laser cutting or CNC machinery who is looking to join an established engineering environment.
The Role:
• Operating and setting metal laser cutting machinery.
• Cutting and processing metal components to specified measurements and tolerances.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Ensuring materials and finished products meet quality standards.
• Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Previous experience operating metal laser cutting machinery.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to health and safety.
