Job Description

We have a great full-time admin role available starting immediately with weekly pay!

We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our customer service and aftercare team on a temporary basis.
This is a phone-based role suited to someone with a confident telephone manner, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Your duties will include:
• Proactively contacting customer branches to confirm they can receive goods on scheduled delivery dates.
• Building rapport and maintaining a professional and positive experience on all calls.
• Taking incoming aftercare claims calls and accurately recording all relevant details.
• Maintaining clear and concise documentation for follow-up and resolution.
• Liaising with DHL regarding delivery delays.
• Tracking and locating parcels and providing timely updates to internal teams and customers.
• Maintaining and updating the returns log accurately.
• Coordinating with the transport team to track vehicle locations and statuses.
• Supporting general logistics queries and providing updates as required.

• A confident and positive telephone manner, with the ability to make and receive frequent calls.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately.
• A conscientious and reliable approach, taking ownership of tasks and following them through.
• A polite and professional manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• Confidence using spreadsheets, including Excel or similar systems.
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy working environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
• A proactive, self-motivated and adaptable approach.
• A willingness to support different areas of the operation when required.
