Experience & Qualifications

Requirements for this position are:
Previous administration experience is preferred.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Experience dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
Accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good general IT knowledge and confidence using computer systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
