  • Previous experience in a business to business customer service or sales environment (not retail).
  • Educated ideally to A Level.
  • A driving licence and access to transport.

Based in our Leicester office your duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:

-ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

  • Cultivating robust relationships with every client to fully leverage our potential in the market.
  • Delivering unparalleled customer service standards.
  • Engaging consistently with customers – devising staffing strategies, informing on current market trends, resolving issues, and talking about upcoming needs.

RECRUITMENT:

  • Engaging in active candidate sourcing through diverse methods.
  • Ensuring application management aligns with legal standards.
  • Developing and nurturing robust relationships with candidates, delivering a favourable experience during the recruitment journey.
  • Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants.
  • Utilise social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
  • Leveraging social media to advertise vacancies and interact with prospective candidates.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

  • Building, cultivating, and sustaining relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Acquiring new business through different Business Development strategies, including cold calling
  • Developing social media networks to connect with prospective clients

You will be office based Monday to Friday working 8 hours a day between 08:00 and 17:30. You will also be required to take part in our on call service on a rota basis
