We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for a tramping position based out of the Spalding area.
The role involves operating a flatbed Class 1 vehicle, transporting timber goods to various destinations. Drivers will be responsible for safely loading and securing loads using ratchet straps, ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operating a Class 1 flatbed vehicle.
• Transporting timber goods to various locations.
• Securing loads using ratchet straps.
• Completing vehicle checks and maintaining safety standards.
• Ensuring deliveries are completed on time.
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Previous flatbed experience essential.
• Confident using ratchet straps and securing loads.
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious.
