We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturer based in Dronfield, Derbyshire.
Our client produces inoculant inserts through a unique powder metallurgical production process, resulting in homogeneous and tightly sized controlled insert, and are now looking to add production operatives to their team in Dronfield.
Duties will include operating press machines as well as quality control and packing of products ready for dispatch
Experience in a manufacturing, production or machine operating role would be desirable but not essential
Comfortable working with machinery and automated equipment
Good attention to detail and quality awareness
, be able to follow processes, procedures and safety standards
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Willing to work rotating shifts
Full training will be provided.
