Regular weekday work with ongoing hours available! We’re currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join an established operation in Ilkeston, offering consistent daytime work and the opportunity for ongoing employment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for completing deliveries and collections across your allocated routes, ensuring goods are transported safely and arrive within the required timeframes.
The position combines driving with customer-facing delivery work, so you’ll need to be confident managing your own route, working independently and maintaining a professional approach when dealing with customers.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you’ll need:
Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
Valid Driver CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
Good knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations
Reliable and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your daily route
