QS Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing work involving nationwide deliveries of timber products.
This is a great opportunity for reliable and professional drivers who are comfortable working across the UK and carrying out multi-drop deliveries, including deliveries into busy city-centre locations.
The Role
• Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on nationwide delivery routes
• Delivering a variety of timber profiles and products
• Completing multi-drop deliveries
• Deliveries to city centres and other locations across the UK
• Tramping work may be required
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and professionally
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service
You will need:
• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Previous HGV driving experience
• Experience with timber deliveries is advantageous
• Experience navigating and delivering to city-centre locations is desirable
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach
• Comfortable working away from home when required
