HGV Technician, Grantham
£21.50 to £22.50 per hour
Monday to Friday
We’re recruiting for an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy general haulage operation in Grantham. This is a hands-on workshop role working across a mixed fleet, mainly DAF alongside Scania and Mercedes.
You’ll be carrying out general maintenance, servicing, inspections and repairs, with occasional breakdowns / local call-outs. Most work is workshop-based with very little call-out required.

• Mainly DAF fleet, plus Scania & Mercedes
• Very little call-out work
• Class 1 licence desirable but not essential
Skills & Experience
• Fully qualified HGV Technician / Mechanic or time-served
• Experience working on HGVs and commercial vehicles
• Confident with servicing, repairs, inspections and fault finding
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety
• Reliable with good references
