This local business needs HGV Class 2 drivers with ongoing work available.

Minimal handball required for drivers of curtain-siders and tippers for this bulk haulage business.

The successful candidate must:
• Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle
• Conduct daily vehicle checks
• Comply with all road transport and health and safety regulations
• Accurately complete all paperwork and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Hourly Rate: This role offers £16 per hour with night, and weekend premiums paid. You will also accrue up to 28 days annual leave Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorships

Working Hours: This business operates a 24/7 service and therefore a variety of shift times are available from Sunday to Saturday. Shifts typically are as follows: 0600 to 1400 1400 to 2200 2200 to 0600

Experience & Qualifications

To apply for this role, you must have the following.

– A HGV C driving entitlement
– A full UK CPC
– A valid Digital Tachograph Card

Minimum 1 year on the licence is required for this role with at least 180 days commercial driving experience.
