As a 7.5T Refuse Driver, you’ll work alongside a team of loaders, driving designated routes across Derbyshire and completing household and commercial waste collections safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving a 7.5T refuse collection vehicle
Completing designated waste collection routes across Derbyshire
Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
Reporting any vehicle defects
Completing required paperwork
Following company Health & Safety procedures
Working effectively alongside the loading team
UK Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence
A valid Driver CPC qualification
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
Previous 7.5T driving experience is preferred
A good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
A reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach
The ability to work outdoors and carry out physical duties
