As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you’ll be an important part of the warehouse operation. Your duties will include moving stock safely around the warehouse and yard, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing storage areas, and helping to keep the workplace clean, organised, and running efficiently.
You’ll be working in a busy, fast-paced environment where safe forklift operation, attention to detail, and good teamwork are essential.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
At least 3 months’ recent experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment
A valid Counterbalance FLT licence with practical operating experience
The ability to complete manual handling duties, including lifting items up to 10kg
Willingness to work in chilled warehouse conditions
A reliable and positive attitude with a strong commitment to health and safety
