We’re recruiting Waste Collection Operatives to join our team based at Caenby Corner, supporting waste collection services across Gainsborough.
The Role:
Working as part of a crew, you’ll help keep local communities clean by collecting household waste. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role involving:
• Reporting to the depot at Caenby Corner
• Collecting and loading household waste
• Manual handling throughout the shift
• Walking long distances
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
