As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day warehouse operation. Your responsibilities will include safely transporting stock throughout the warehouse and yard, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing storage areas, and helping to maintain an efficient, well-organised workplace.
This is a busy, fast-moving environment where attention to detail, safe working practices, and teamwork are essential.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
• At least 3 months’ recent experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment.
• A valid Counterbalance FLT license with practical operating experience.
• The ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 10kg.
• A willingness to work in chilled warehouse conditions.
• A positive attitude, strong reliability, and a commitment to health and safety.
