Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Driver for a full-time, ongoing Monday to Friday trunking operation.

The Role

:
This is a straightforward trunking and trailer swap position involving:

Night trunk from Caistor, Lincolnshire to Birmingham
. Swap trailers at the Birmingham depot.
Ensure the return trailer is loaded. Return to Caistor with the loaded trailer
. Complete all relevant vehicle checks and transport documentation.

Hourly Rate: £44,850 - £52,000 Annually Starting Wage £17.25 p/h £20 p/h via umbrella Overtime paid at time and a half Weekly pay. 28 days annual leave pro-rata

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 21:15 start time 8 - 10 hour shifts up to 50 hours a week

Experience & Qualifications

Requirements

Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence

Valid CPC Qualification Card

Digital Tachograph Card

Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred

Good understanding of drivers’ hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
