Class 2 Tipper Drivers Wanted – Excellent Rates, Immediate Starts & Ongoing Work
Our client is a long-established waste management and recycling business that has been supporting customers across the region for more than 40 years. Due to continued growth and increasing demand for its services, they are now looking to recruit reliable HGV Class 2 Tipper Drivers to join their expanding transport team.
This is a varied and active driving role involving waste collections, the transportation of excavated materials and topsoil, and the movement of loads between customer sites, recycling facilities, and disposal locations throughout South Yorkshire.
Drivers will play a key role in ensuring materials are moved safely, efficiently, and in line with operational requirements.
All drivers will be expected to conduct daily vehicle safety inspections, follow company health and safety procedures, and accurately complete all transport paperwork and records throughout each shift.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following:
– A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
– A current Digital Tachograph Card
– A full Driver CPC qualification
– No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
Applicants must have held their Class 2 licence for at least 12 months and be confident operating commercial vehicles in a professional environment.
While previous tipper driving experience would be beneficial, it is not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate. This makes the role an excellent opportunity for Class 2 Drivers looking to expand their skill set and gain experience within the waste management and aggregates industry.
