Job Description
We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our team. Previous experience within logistics or transport administration would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
– General administrative duties
– Supporting logistics/transport operations
– Handling emails and phone enquiries
– Updating records and schedules
– Assisting with paperwork and coordination tasks
Duration: This is a temporary role with ongoing work available for the right candidate
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £13.00 per hour, weekly pay
Holiday accrual of up to 28 days pro rata
Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorships
Working Hours: Working Hours (provisional):
• Wednesday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Experience & Qualifications
• Previous administration experience
• Logistics or transport industry experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and email system
