Do you have a FLT licence and are looking for work in Rugby?
We are looking for a hard working and organised candidate to work as a Warehouse Operative, using a FLT to move pallets safely and efficiently around the warehouse, supporting team operations and contributing to daily targets.
Your main duties will include:
– Receive, check, and process incoming stock, reporting any issues
– Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
– Load and unload vehicles and move goods using warehouse equipment (where licensed)
– Maintain clean, organised storage areas and handle labelling/sorting of stock
– Carry out stock counts and support inventory audits using WMS systems
– Follow all health, safety, PPE, and manual handling procedures.
Requirements:
– You must have a valid and in date FLT licence
– Good written and spoken English
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Preferably have your own transport
– Happy lifting moderately heavy items.
