As a Moulding Operative you will be compression moulding aerospace rubber components. This will include cutting blanks, loading and demoulding parts, loading and unloading compression presses, all with multiple tools.
You will be working in a hot workspace, you must be comfortable with this!! In order to operate the machinery well you will be required to have a good level of fitness and strength.
Requirements:
– You must have more than 1 year of machine operating experience
– Experience working in a hot environment
– A positive, hardworking attitude
– Preferably have your own transport
