We are currently recruiting Waste Collection Operatives to join our team in the Metheringham area, covering North Kesteven.
About the Role:
• You will work as part of our operations team, collecting household waste from local communities.
• This is a physically demanding position and will involve:
o Travelling to the main site in Metheringham
o Manual handling and loading of waste materials
o Working outdoors in all weather conditions
o Walking long distances throughout the shift
