Working as a loader, you will go out with your other crew mates to collect waste and recycling on set routes in the local Leicestershire area.
This is a physical role involving lots of walking and lifting when on shift. We are looking for a can-do attitude where you are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
– You must be a reliable and hard-working team player as you will play a vital role within the local community.
– This job comes with early morning starts so you must be ok with going to work in the dark in the winter months and happy working outdoors come rain or shine.
– Previous outdoors work experience is required.
– You will be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors, no matter the weather and walking in safety boots.
