Finance Clerk - Part Time

Job Description

WORK FROM HOME, PART TIME, FLEXIBLE SHIFTS!

In this role you will be working 12 to 15 hours a week, between Monday to Friday. You will be required to attend a monthly meeting face to face with other members to discuss quotes, plans, invoices, and orders. This will be an evening meeting.

Your day-to-day tasks will include – dealing with public requests, preparing agendas, invoicing, quotes, and communicating anything appropriate with chairs for approval.

Hourly Rate: You will will be paid £13.50 per hour and will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata). We do not offer visa sponsorships.
Working Hours: Fully flexible part time role, working 12-15 hours between Monday to Friday!

Experience & Qualifications

Requirements:
– You must have at least 1 year experience in a Clerk based role, dealing with finances, and be used to internal invoicing systems.

– This role involves working in a small team and supporting your local community. You will need to be trustworthy, hard-working, reliable, and well versed in all aspects of finance.

– Ideally applicants will have experience working within local authority (e.g. councils, housing, schools).
