We are looking for reliable candidates who can support our client working as a refuse loader in the local area. Ideally you will have previous refuse experience however, it isn’t essential so long as you have worked in an outdoors, manual role. Working as a bin loader in the local community is a vital role. You will go out daily to collect the residents general waste, recycling or garden waste bins. As a bin loader you will be on your feet for the whole shift, collecting bins and hooking them up to the back of the lorry and placing them back for residents to take them in. This is a physical role that also requires you to have a professional approach whilst out on the rounds. You must be aware of your surroundings at all times for health and safety reasons. There may be days that you go out on the bulk waste rounds which involves more heavy lifting and commercial sized bins.
