About the Role:
As a Nights Hygiene Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our production areas, equipment, and facilities meet strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Working during night hours, you’ll help maintain a clean and safe environment ready for the next day’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deep cleaning of production lines, machinery, and workspaces

Use of cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
Following hygiene schedules and procedures in line with food safety regulations
Completing hygiene records and reporting any issues
Working closely with the hygiene supervisor and wider team
– Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role (ideally in food production)
Desired not required.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (training provided)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Comfortable working night shifts
