We are seaking eager and detailed candidated for this sales admin role. Your role will be:
• Provide administrative support.
• Process sales orders and manage inventory levels, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service and support in a professional manner. Telephone etiquette a must
• Handle correspondence via Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely communication with clients and colleagues.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Sage or similar accounting software experience is a plus
Strong sales/admin background and excellent English communication
High computer literacy; basic IT troubleshooting
Organised, able to manage time effectively
Customer service experience is advantageous
