• Proven experience in recruitment (ideally within Industrial, Engineering, Driving, or Commercial sectors).
• A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
• Commercially savvy and highly organised.
• A proactive team player with a drive to succeed.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
