Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and thrives in a busy environment.

Your main duties will involve providing general administrative support, which includes managing correspondence, organizing files, and handling phone calls. You’ll also be responsible for data entry and management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Experience using Sage software is highly advantageous, and previous experience working in a logistics or transport environment is also a significant plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

Experience & Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of recent experience in an administrative role. You must have proven proficiency with Microsoft 365, including its core applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

It would be highly advantageous if you have previous experience using Sage software, and specific administrative experience within a logistics or transport environment is also considered a significant asset. A strong attention to detail is essential to succeed in this role.
