Are you a detail-driven Wholesale Administrator?
Join our team to support a growing wholesale operation by processing orders, managing client communication, and handling key admin tasks.
You’ll prepare invoices and shipping documents, maintain accurate records, and work with the sales team to keep clients updated on stock and delivery timelines. You’ll also assist during busy sales periods and events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience in a similar admin or wholesale role (fashion/retail preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with inventory/order management systems (desirable)
• Proactive, efficient, and able to multitask
• Industry knowledge is a plus
