Are you a detail driven Wholesale Administrator? This role will support the brand’s growing wholesale operation by managing order processing, client communication, and administrative coordination, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all wholesale partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing wholesale orders, preparing invoices and shipping documents and maintaining accurate records. They will also work closely with the sales team to ensure wholesale clients are kept informed about stock availability and delivery timelines, and provide general support across the wholesale function, particularly during key sales periods and events.
Candidates will have previous experience in a similar administrative or wholesale role, ideally within the fashion or retail industry. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using inventory or order management systems is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Familiarity with the industry will be considered a plus.
