Audits can vary hugely from client to client, but all include a wide variety of compliance indicators, such as auditing our workers Right To Work checks, criminal record checks, qualifications and licence checks, training documents, referencing (including complete work history) and workers induction records. In addition to this the auditors also assessed our compliance with the Agency Conduct Regulations, internal policies and procedures as well as viewing operational examples of working operatives and current clients.
