What’s in it for you?
• Immediate start available.
• Permanent position following the probationary period.
• Competitive hourly rate of £13.25.
• Excellent overtime opportunities paid at time and a half.
• Consistent Monday-to-Friday working hours.
• Opportunities for career progression and potential pay increases based on performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling, moving, and working with timber and other materials.
• Assisting with timber production, assembly, and manufacturing processes.

• Carrying out practical, hands-on duties across the production area.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring work meets the required specifications.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised.
• Working effectively as part of a team while also showing initiative.
• Being flexible and available for overtime when business needs require it.
This is a hands-on role that can be physically demanding, so you’ll need to be comfortable with manual work and working in varying weather conditions.
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to work hard.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
• Previous experience in timber work, labouring, construction, production, or manufacturing.
• Experience using hand tools and/or power tools.
• A strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• The ability to carry out physically demanding tasks.
• The flexibility to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A reliable approach to attendance and timekeeping.
• A good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• The willingness to work overtime when required.
• The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience operating a forklift truck (FLT) would be an advantage, but the right attitude, practical skills, and willingness to learn are just as important.
