Are you a HGV Class 2 Driver looking for regular weekday work in Ilkeston? We’re currently recruiting reliable drivers to join an established operation, offering consistent daytime shifts and customer-facing delivery work.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for completing a mixture of deliveries and collections across your allocated routes.
You’ll work independently throughout the day, ensuring goods are transported safely and deliveries are completed within the required timeframes.
Your duties will include:
Completing deliveries and collections
Following allocated daily routes
Carrying out vehicle checks
Ensuring loads are transported safely
Managing your own schedule and workload
Dealing directly with customers
Providing a professional and friendly service
You’ll need to be confident working independently and comfortable representing the company when dealing with customers.
Requirements
To be considered, you’ll need:
Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Newly passed Class 2 drivers are welcome to apply
Valid Driver CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Previous HGV Class 2 experience is advantageous but not essential
Good knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations
Reliable and professional approach
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own route
