We are looking for someone to lead a team of Assembly Operatives for a manufacturing company in Leicester. Your main duties will include overseeing the daily manufacturing operation and supporting your team where necessary, operating the machinery and assembling the items, and maintaining a safe, clean, and smoothly ran workplace.
You will be required to contribute to the wider warehouse duties such as picking, labelling and loading/unloading and you will be responsible for following and reporting health & safety requirments.
Requirments:
– You must have experience in a manufacturing or production role
– GCSE-level education or equivalent, strong spoken and written English and basic IT skills
– Team leader experience would be a big advantage
– Good organisation, attention to detail and problem solving
– You must be able to handle competing tasks while keeping yourself and team running smoothly
– Reliable, positive minded, and committed team player.
