Experienced assembly operatives wanted to join our team supporting our client who are a manufacturer in the local LE3 area.

• Possibility of gaining a permanent contract
• 4 on 4 off shifts
• 12 hour days
• £1 per hour allowance when you work as a team leader
We have an excellent opportunity to join our client’s General Assembly team, with full training and the potential to progress into a Team Leader position. To be considered for this role, you must have strong previous experience as an Assembly Operative.
Working as part of the team, you will assemble intricate products accurately and efficiently while helping to ensure orders are completed on time. You will need an excellent memory to learn the wide range of products involved, work well at pace and contribute positively to the team. When required, you will also step up to lead the team and oversee the LN System.
• Previous experience of assembly work within a manufacturing environment
• Happy working 4 on 4 off shifts
• Be able to work to a fast pace
• Previous team leader experience would be a huge advantage
• Looking to start ASAP
