Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for regular weekday work in Ilkeston? We’re currently recruiting for a reliable driver to join an established operation, offering consistent hours and ongoing employment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out deliveries and collections across your allocated routes, ensuring goods are transported safely and delivered within the required timeframes.
The position combines driving with customer-facing delivery work, so you’ll need to be confident working independently, managing your own route and representing the company professionally when dealing with customers.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
A valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid Driver CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Previous HGV Class 2 driving experience
Good knowledge of UK roads and driving regulations
A reliable and professional attitude
Strong communication and customer service skills
The ability to work independently and manage your daily route
