As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard, loading and unloading vehicles, replenishing storage areas, and helping to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
The role is fast-paced, so you’ll need to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
At least 3 months’ recent experience in a warehouse, logistics, or food production environment
A valid Counterbalance FLT licence with practical operating experience
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift
The ability to carry out manual handling duties, including lifting items up to 10kg
A willingness to work in chilled warehouse conditions
A positive and reliable approach to work
A strong commitment to Health & Safety
