Job Description
Are you an experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver looking for reliable night work, straightforward trunking, and regular weekday shifts? We’re currently recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for an ongoing opportunity with consistent hours and the option to earn additional income through weekend overtime.
As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you’ll be completing trunk runs between distribution centres across the UK, with no more than three runs per shift.
The work is carefully planned and organised, allowing you to focus on safe and efficient driving without the pressures of multi-drop deliveries or a demanding delivery schedule.
Duration: This is an ongoing position offering regular work and dependable weekly hours.

Hourly Rate: Pay & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rates from £16.00 to £20.00, depending on your chosen pay method
Up to 28 days’ paid holiday accrued pro rata
Monday to Friday night shifts
Weekend overtime available
Regular, ongoing work with consistent weekly shifts

Working Hours: The position operates Monday to Friday on night shifts, with start times between 6:00pm and 8:00pm. Weekend shifts are also available for drivers looking to increase their hours and earning potential.

Experience & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
A valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence
A current Driver CPC qualification
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
Experience operating and unloading double-decker trailers
A minimum of 6 months’ Class 1 driving experience
