As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering frozen palletised and cage-based goods to a variety of commercial customers. You’ll typically complete between 1 and 5 deliveries per shift, with minimal handball involved, making this a straightforward and rewarding driving role.
We are looking for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for an ongoing position delivering goods to customers across the NG postcode area, with occasional deliveries further afield.
The role involves driving a curtain-sided Class 2 vehicle and completing multi-drop deliveries to commercial customers. You will be required to use tail lifts and electric pump trucks when making deliveries.
The role involves minimal handball, making this a straightforward and physically manageable delivery position.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
A full UK Driving Licence with Category C entitlement
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
A valid UK Driver CPC Card
Minimum 1 year’s HGV Class 2 driving experience
No points on your driving licence
No brand-new passes
At least 2 years held on licence, or over 25 with 2 years held
Experience driving curtain-sided vehicles
Experience using tail lifts
Experience using electric pump trucks
Good knowledge of safe loading, unloading and delivery procedures
Reliable and professional approach to work
