The Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you’ll be delivering palletised goods to businesses across Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
This is a straightforward driving role with no handballing, as customers unload their own deliveries using on-site equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering palletised goods safely and efficiently
Opening the vehicle curtain at delivery points
Completing daily vehicle safety checks before each shift
Accurately completing delivery paperwork
Providing a professional and reliable service at all times
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
A valid Driver CPC qualification
A valid digital tachograph card
No more than 6 penalty points
Held your Class 1 licence for at least 1 year
A minimum of 6 months’ commercial Class 1 driving experience
