Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 3:00pm | £13.50 per hour
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Team Leader to join a growing manufacturing business at its newly opened facility.
You will lead a small production team, ensuring daily targets, quality standards and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading and motivating a production team
• Allocating workloads and monitoring performance
• Supporting the training and development of team members
• Ensuring production targets are achieved
• Monitoring quality standards throughout production
• Maintaining health and safety compliance
• Liaising with management regarding production performance
We’re looking for someone with:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within manufacturing or warehousing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational abilities
• A proactive and hands-on approach
• The ability to motivate and support others
