Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 3:00pm | £13.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting Machine Minders for a modern manufacturing facility that has recently expanded its operations.
This role is ideal for candidates with previous production or machine operating experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Setting up and monitoring production machinery
• Ensuring machines operate efficiently throughout the shift
• Carrying out routine checks and basic troubleshooting
• Reporting faults or maintenance requirements
• Completing production paperwork accurately
• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
The successful candidate will have:
• Previous experience operating or monitoring machinery
• Good mechanical awareness
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A proactive approach to problem solving
