Looking for an early finish, regular weekday hours, and ongoing Class 2 driving work? We’re recruiting reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a busy Refuse and Recycling team.
If you’re looking for stable work with a supportive team and the opportunity to secure a permanent position, this could be the ideal role for you.
In this role, you’ll be driving refuse collection vehicles, carrying out residential and commercial waste and recycling collections.
You’ll work alongside a team of up to three loaders who will assist with collections throughout the day, making teamwork an important part of the role.
While your main responsibility will be driving, you’ll also be expected to help with loading when required, so a positive, hands-on approach is essential.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A valid UK Driving Licence with Category C entitlement
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
A valid Driver CPC Card
Previous refuse driving experience is advantageous
No more than 3 penalty points on your licence
