We’re recruiting Warehouse Container Operatives to join our client’s busy warehouse team. This is a physically demanding role involving unloading shipping containers, inspecting stock, and preparing goods for storage. The Role
As a Warehouse Container Operative, your duties will include:
• Handballing stock from shipping containers into the warehouse
• Inspecting products for any damage or defects during unloading
• Reporting damaged or missing items to the warehouse supervisor
• Sorting, stacking and storing goods safely within the warehouse
• Following all manual handling procedures and health & safety guidelines
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail when checking stock for damage
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
