Job Description
Outdoor work available now the sun is shining!
We are seeking operatives to support their local community as a refuse loader. You will go out with a crew of people and work together to complete waste collections from homes and businesses.
Duration: Ongoing work with an immediate start date for the right person.

Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: You will be paid £12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks. This will increase after 13 consecutive weeks. Bank holidays are paid at double time.
Holidays are accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.
Working Hours: This position is Monday to Friday.
Start times are 06:00 and shifts can last up to 9 hours. Usual days are finishes on or around 14:00.

Experience & Qualifications
We need applicants for this role to have similar experience, e.g. outdoor work, heavy work, early morning starts etc.
This role is hard work. You need to be committed to early starts, outdoor work in alll weathers, and heavy lifting.
