We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a well-established business in Hinckley, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
– Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
– Maintaining accurate records, logging enquiries, and scheduling appointments
– Providing general administrative support and assisting with wider office tasks
– Managing and updating engineers’ schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office-based role
– Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively
– Good computer literacy and confidence using office systems
– Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
