We’re seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a well-established business in Hinckley. This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:
– Liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
– Maintaining accurate records, logging enquiries, and scheduling appointments
– Providing general administrative support and assisting with wider office tasks
– Managing and updating engineers’ schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £14.00 an hour for this role. Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata. We do not accept visa sponsorship.
Working Hours: You will work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30.

Experience & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office-based role
– Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively
– Good computer literacy and confidence using office systems
– Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
