Full-Time Water Cooler Installer / Engineer

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Water Cooler Installer / Engineer to join our team. This is a field-based role covering South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, North Nottinghamshire, and North Derbyshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of free-standing water coolers at customer premises. Following full training, you will be expected to work independently, managing your own workload and representing the business professionally on site.

Installation of free-standing water coolers across multiple locations

Locating a suitable fresh water supply on site

Isolating and closing off mains water supplies

Installing compression fittings to tee off the mains supply

Running and threading pipework to the installation location

Diagnosing and rectifying faults with water cooler units on site

Carrying out service and maintenance tasks as required

Working safely, cleanly, and with minimal disruption to customers

This role would suit a practical, reliable individual looking for a stable, full-time position with consistent hours and regional travel.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

:

Ability to work on your own initiative once trained

Confidence and competence in basic plumbing-related tasks

Full UK clean driving licence

Eligibility to obtain a full Enhanced DBS check

Approximately 20% of installations are within schools, therefore there must be no known reasons that would prevent unassisted access to school premises

Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach

Desirable Skills and Experience

:

Previous plumbing experience, including domestic plumbing (advantageous but not essential)

Experience in field-based installation or engineering roles
