A detailed job description and person specification is subsequently developed to serve as a benchmark throughout the talent acquisition process.
Suitable candidates are sourced through a number of varying avenues, including targeted advertising campaigns and direct head hunting.
After conducting comprehensive pre-screening and interviews, we compile an extensive list of qualified candidates, ultimately providing you with a selection of 6 to 8 CVs for review.
From this list you will be able to select a ‘short list’ to interview directly.
When you have made a decision, we will manage the entire offer process, keeping in contact with yourselves and the successful candidate right up until their start date and beyond.
