Our Process

Once you have identified a recruitment need within your organisation, our specialist team will arrange an onsite visit, not only gain a full understanding of the job role, but also to gain insight into the working environment and the type of candidate that would be the right fit for you.

A detailed job description and person specification is subsequently developed to serve as a benchmark throughout the talent acquisition process.

Suitable candidates are sourced through a number of varying avenues, including targeted advertising campaigns and direct head hunting.

After conducting comprehensive pre-screening and interviews, we compile an extensive list of qualified candidates, ultimately providing you with a selection of 6 to 8 CVs for review.

From this list you will be able to select a ‘short list’ to interview directly.

When you have made a decision, we will manage the entire offer process, keeping in contact with yourselves and the successful candidate right up until their start date and beyond.

Our Cost

Our approach alleviates significant costs and time commitments by providing access to a dedicated recruitment team that works collaboratively with you, whilst ensuring fees are only incurred upon achieving a successful placement.

Recruitment efforts by QS Recruitment will begin once the fee has been agreed by both parties.

An invoice for the fee is only raised when the candidate has commenced their new role. We do not request that any payments are made upfront for the preparatory worked carried out by QS Recruitment.
